This colour dual camera with shutter has two lenses and a motorised cover to protect against dirt. The colour camera with integrated microphone is installed in an aluminium housing and transmits image and sound to a monitor via cable. It can be operated manually or automatically. The CAM44 has a close-up lens for the area immediately behind the vehicle and a long-range lens. For more precise manoeuvring, the camera creates three distance markers when the vehicle is reversing, which are displayed as coloured lines on a connected colour monitor. Infrared LEDs, which react to the light conditions, also ensure better night vision.
