The Omnia Classic Maxi is 50% larger than the Omnia Classic Original 2L, ideal if the traditional Omnia oven is not big enough. With the Omnia Classic Maxi 3L you can increase the quantities in our recipes by half to double. Start by halving the quantities in recipes where the ingredients rise in the pan during cooking. The cooking times remain the same.
