This model has the same specifications as the standard Thule Elite G2 bicycle rack except that it has a shorter platform for transporting only one bike with a maximum load capacity of 30 kg. This bicycle rack was designed specifically to meet the needs of caravan users. When it comes to loading two bicycles on a caravan, it is important that they are loaded evenly: one bicycle on the rear wall of the vehicle and one bicycle on the tow bar (e.g. Thule Caravan Smart). The even weight distribution of the bicycles when mounted on the Thule Caravan Smart is the rack’s most important unique selling point. Furthermore, this bicycle rack is particularly compact. All the other characteristics of the standard Thule Elite G2 are the same.
